Plant, draw, carve, mould, paint - day of free Lambeth Heritage Festival workshops

You are invited to come along to our day of FREE Lambeth Heritage Festival community workshops for all ages. Whether you are highly skilled or are just a beginner, we have all kinds of activities you and your family can enjoy.

Lambeth Horticulture Society will be showing you how to plant bulbs - as well as offering gardening advice and tips.
River Effra Clay Fleet - The Portico and local ceramicist Emma Fenelon will be building more boats ready to float down the River Effra - add yourself to the fleet
Try carving your name in stone with Rob Postle from Ciy & Guilds Stone Carving BA Hons course, take part in a sketching masterclass with local award winning artist Mark McLaughlin, and draw, paint, and make marks with plant inks inspired by the patterns and colours of West Norwood Cemetery this Autumn with local artist Zoe Burt, head of textiles at Morley College.

Everything is completely FREE - and you can simply drop-in, except booking essential for the Plant Ink workshops and the Sketching Masterclass as space at those is limited.
